Director Of Ehr (Electronic Health Record) Strategy And Delivery

Position Summary: The Director of EHR (Electronic Health Record) Strategy and Delivery is a senior leadership role that combines the responsibilities of overseeing both the strategic management and delivery of Electronic Health Records (EHR) systems and the development and implementation of clinical strategies. This role is critical in ensuring that the organization's clinical operations are supported by robust integrated EHR systems leading to improved patient care enhanced clinical workflows operational efficiency managing large-scale IT projects and ensuring that all solutions align with the company's vision and objectives. This role involves a mix of strategic planning project management and collaboration with various stakeholders including IT clinical staff and executive leadership to ensure that the EHR systems meet the organization's goals and regulatory requirements. The Director will lead a team of IT professionals and work closely with stakeholders across various departments to ensure successful delivery and adoption of clinical solutions.

Qualifications: Education and Experience: Bachelors degree in Information Technology Computer Science Business Administration Healthcare or a related field required. Masters degree in a related field preferred. 15+ years of experience in IT leadership roles with a focus on enterprise solutions and project delivery. Proven track record of successfully delivering large-scale IT solutions and managing enterprise application portfolios. Extensive experience in healthcare IT with a strong background in EHR implementation and management. Excellent leadership communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to manage multiple priorities and work effectively under pressure. Experience with Agile Waterfall or other project management methodologies. Familiarity with regulatory and compliance requirements related to enterprise solutions.
