Job Summary
Drive operational excellence in an arena like no other! As the Director of Operations, you will lead the day-to-day execution of hospitality operations while championing innovation, efficiency, and guest satisfaction. You will manage cross-functional teams, oversee event planning and execution, and ensure that every department is aligned with Levys gold standard of service.
Qualifications:
Bachelors degree in Hospitality, Business, or related field preferred
5+ years of senior-level hospitality or venue operations experience
Strong knowledge of food & beverage operations and event management
Strong Proficiency in budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis
Experience leading large, diverse teams
Key Responsibilities:
Oversee all venue hospitality operations, including concessions, catering, and premium services
Lead and support department managers to ensure operational alignment
Manage labor and inventory costs while achieving service goals
Develop and execute operational plans for events and daily operations
Partner with venue leadership to drive innovation and enhance guest experience
Ensure compliance with all safety, health, and sanitation regulations
