Job Duties And Responsibilities

• Directs production of creative assets across all DICK'S campaigns to include TV, OLV, Social, Digital, Radio, and various internal assets.

• Owns creative production relationships across a large number of stakeholders including DICK'S Executive Leadership, Marketing Leadership, Planning/Brand/Creative Teams, agency production teams, and production companies.

• Directs team of Producers both internal and external.

• Manages production budget in partnership with campaign, media, and finance partners.

• Actively participates in Creative Leadership Team functions to include town halls, change management programs, teammate development efforts, etc.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Advertising, Communication or Video Production preferred. Relevant experience will also be considered.

• 7-10 years experience with creative agencies and production of integrated branded content across a variety of media required.

• Technical knowledge of broadcast social and digital production process.

• Working knowledge of current film editing and design software including but not limited to Adobe Premier Pro, Photoshop, After Effects, Final Cut Pro.

• Ability to navigate and align production and creative through process.
