Director of Business Development
Do you have leadership qualities and substantial experience in marketing, and want to work for a company that positively impacts the lives of the many individuals it serves? In the Director of Business Development role, you will help this company in its commitment to serve others by managing and overseeing all regional census augmentation activities.

• Develop the region’s multi-channel marketing, communication, and payer relations strategy
• Ensure all census targets for region are met/exceeded
• Implement and measure the success of comprehensive marketing, communications, and public relations programs
• Develop strategic plans to increase payer engagement
• Oversee Customer Relations Management tool use and reporting systems
• Create reports reflective of marketing data; interpret reports and drive direction for the regional sales team
• Plan strategies to manage higher-level relationships and augment activity by payer source; increase payer diversity by sourcing new accounts (public and private) and developing strategies for engagement and execution
• Synthesize regional industry trends and needs to drive marketing, funding, and admissions strategic plans
• Develop short/long-term plans and budgets for marketing/communications
• Design, support, and oversee cross-functional marketing/business development teams
• Ensure that customer satisfaction of all constituents remains high
  

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree with substantive related experience; degree in Business, Marketing, or related field preferred
• Minimum of 7 years of experience in Marketing Rehabilitation Service Provision
• Established relationships with general healthcare market leaders, rehabilitation, and funding agencies preferred
• Ability to develop, initiate, and facilitate contract/business-related development
• Ability to effectively supervise, manage, and report contract/business development initiatives, goals, and industry relationships
• Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate and motivate in a team environment
• Outstanding business ethics in all aspects of confidential business development, strategy, and communications
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Strong administrative experience and solid marketing knowledge and experience
• Experience with desk-top publishing, database management, Microsoft Office Suite
