Position Overview:

We are seeking a dynamic Director of Behavioral Health Central Intake Services to shape and oversee our behavioral health services. You will set operational goals, guide staffing, develop strategic plans, and ensure excellence in service delivery.

Key Responsibilities:

• Define and implement strategic goals and plans for services, operating budgets, and integrated financial strategies.
• Establish policies, procedures, and protocols while innovating new programs and refining existing offerings.
• Manage service area budgets and ensure compliance with financial allocations through audits.
• Collaborate with healthcare teams to promote preventative and restorative patient care strategies.
• Set and monitor performance metrics for operational excellence.
• Direct human and financial resources, ensuring optimal staffing levels and training for the team.
• Identify areas for process improvement to remain compliant with regulatory standards and maintain a safe work environment.
• Oversee all clinical operations including care planning, service agreements, and managing inquiries.
• Perform additional related duties as needed.

Education and Experience Required:

• Master's degree in Behavioral Health or a related field.
• A minimum of seven years of experience, with at least five years in a leadership role.

Licensing:

• Must hold one of the following licenses: Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), or Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) in Missouri.
