Insight Global is looking for a Director of AI Transformation and Strategy to join a health care client to support and work hand-in-hand with the AI Governance committee in creating and driving an AI Transformation Strategy. This leader will oversee AI portfolio focused on high-impact AI initiatives that deliver significant value to their business and their clients. You will partner with business and technology stakeholders to develop AI/ML strategies for the highest impact opportunities across their support lanes, facilities, and practices we service. In this role, you will lead the development and implementation of best practices for AI use case identification, model development, and output validation, ensuring full compliance with healthcare regulations such as HIPAA and CMS, as well as client-specific policies. You will create frameworks to measure AI value and ROI, track KPIs to evaluate success across operational efficiency, cost reduction, and member outcomes, and promote responsible AI practicesincluding bias mitigation, transparency, and fairness. Leveraging both client and vendor expertise, you will drive innovation, integrate acquired AI technologies, and align cross-functional stakeholders to ensure successful implementation. Core responsibilities include partnering with internal business and technology teams to define and execute an enterprise-wide AI strategy that aligns with business goals, regulatory requirements, and healthcare industry trends. You will analyze market dynamics, competitive landscapes, and emerging AI technologies to identify opportunities for improving healthcare quality, operational performance, and commercialization. The role also supports strategic investment decisions by generating analyses that quantify the business case and expected value of AI initiatives, while fostering a culture of AI literacy across the organization to empower leaders in strategic decision-making. Additionally, you will ensure consistent and ethical communication of AI applications, and collaborate with IT and support lanes to define the vision, roadmap, and execution strategy for AI-powered operations, products, and solutions.
