Responsibilities

1. Partner with senior executives and HR teams to align HR strategies with business goals.
2. Translate business strategies into effective talent strategies, fostering an inclusive culture.
3. Lead talent-related initiatives including workforce planning, succession planning, recruitment, retention, and risk assessment.
4. Provide executive coaching and develop innovative HR solutions.
5. Lead enterprise-wide HR projects and measure the effectiveness of HR programs.
6. Inspire and develop your HR team through coaching and leadership.

Qualifications

Basic:

• High School Diploma or equivalent
• 7+ years of HRBP or HR consulting experience

Preferred:

• Bachelor’s Degree or Military Experience
• MBA or Master’s Degree
• Experience with Engineering or Product Management
• HR Certifications
• 9+ years of relevant experience
