Director, Financial Planning, Analysis and Insights

Overview

Director of Global Financial Planning, Analysis & Insights to shape The Coca-Cola Company's global financial performance, with an added focus on Corporate Functions. Lead scenario planning, financial analysis, and enterprise initiatives that accelerate growth and innovation. Collaborate across geographies and functions to inform senior leadership decisions and drive enterprise-wide impact. The role requires a hands-on finance leader with an investor mindset, strong analytical capabilities, and the ability to translate data into actionable insights using technology to enhance financial modeling and decision-making.

Responsibilities

• Deliver actionable business and financial insights to guide strategic decision-making.
• Lead scenario planning and conduct routine and ad-hoc financial analyses.
• Build and enhance advanced financial models, reporting tools, and dashboards.
• Triangulate insights from financial trends, customer/commercial data, and macroeconomic indicators to generate hypotheses and provocations.
• Support financial leadership for Corporate Functions, ensuring fiscal discipline and strategic alignment.
• Drive initiatives to improve the efficiency and effectiveness of the global Finance function.
• Collaborate across teams and geographies to support enterprise initiatives.
• Manage multiple priorities with agility, accuracy and strategic focus.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience in finance or related fields (investment banking, consulting, equity research a plus).
• Deep expertise in financial modeling, budgeting, forecasting, valuation, and variance analysis.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to translate complex data into actionable insights.
• Proficiency in advanced data manipulation and storytelling using tools such as Excel, PowerPoint, and modern business intelligence platforms.
• Experience with enterprise financial systems, modern analytics platforms and hands-on experience with automation and AI-driven tools is a strong advantage.

Accordingly, all applicants must be currently authorized to work in the United States on a full-time basis and must not require The Coca-Cola Company's sponsorship to continue to work legally in the United States.

Pay Range: $118,500 - $137,000. Base pay offered may vary depending on geography, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. A full range of medical, financial, and/or other benefits, dependent on the position, is offered. Annual Incentive Reference Value Percentage: 30. This is a market-based target incentive value for your role, indicating performance at target.
