Job Title

Job Summary

Responsible to grow the A&D business via consultative sales. Prepare POV and Mindshare for client discussion for Product Thread, Manufacturing and Service thread. Responsible for transforming the requirements created by the Business Process Consultant/Functional Analyst into a set of System Architecture and design documents that will be used to actually create the solution. Responsible for defining/matching the technologies to the problem being solved.

Business / Customer

• Responsible for the solution design
• Responsible for all aspects of solution design relevant to own area of expertise
• Contribute to solution development and technical parts of RFPs and RFIs
• Support the project team as a specialist for the relevant solution area
• Design and participate in initiatives to map and build capability in functional areas across the practice
• Resolution of issues arising in own functional areas across projects
• Ensure configuration meets with project requirements
• Acceptance from the customer on recommended solutions
• Act as a reference point on specific functional area(s)
• Lead / contribute to projects / initiatives within the CoE on competency development
• Does configuration of scenarios/processes as per requirement
• Provide training to end-users

Project / Process

• Support teams / conduct solution reviews to ensure that functional requirements are addressed with the design and drive design correctness
• Create templates and get technical team to enable data uploading from client's legacy systems to own systems
• Continue to develop and build skills based on the latest developments in their respective areas

People / Team

• Deliver technology trainings within group
• Provide functional guidance to the project teams and business development teams

• Engineering Graduate or master's with Software Skills
• Domain specific specialization (e.g. Product engineering)

Domain Knowledge & Experience in one or more of the followings:

• Manufacturing (e.g. HE, Aerospace & Defense, Ship Building)

Software Technologies one or more of the followings:

• OS, Platforms
• Programming Languages
• Networks, Database
