Position Summary:
Join our Manager-In-Training (MIT) program, designed to immerse you in a 16-week training experience covering:
- General Training: Learn all positions in dining services including dietary aide, cook, and dishwasher.
- Leadership Development: Guide teams in food preparation and service.
- Policies & Procedures: Ensure adherence to food quality standards and customer service expectations.
- Reporting: Manage records related to finances and supply.
- Communication: Relay important directives to the team effectively.
- Safety: Maintain a safe working environment, adhering to all protocols.
- Customer Experience: Enhance customer satisfaction through positive interactions.
- Resident Experience: Foster pleasant and respectful relations with residents and guests.
Qualifications:
- Positive attitude with the ability to follow instructions and perform repetitive tasks.
- Associate's degree in food service management or hospitality preferred.
- Specialized training in food service management is required.
- Experience in quantity food production and supervision is desired.
- Basic computer skills for record-keeping and reporting.
- Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds and work on-site consistently.
- Must live in the service area.
