Pay: $24.00 - $30.00/hr (based on experience)
Schedule: Monday-Friday with rotating Saturdays | 10-12 hours/day | 50-60 hours/week

We are seeking a skilled and dedicated Diesel Service Technician - 2nd Shift 2pm-1am to play a vital role in keeping our fleet of garbage trucks operational. In this important position, you will conduct a variety of maintenance activities, from diagnostics to repairs, focusing on components like hydraulics and electrical systems as well as addressing minor engine issues.

Your Role

• Conduct preventative maintenance and thorough inspections on diesel vehicles
• Diagnose and troubleshoot hydraulic and electrical systems
• Perform minor engine repairs and manage parts replacements
• Maintain accurate service records while ensuring compliance with safety standards

What You Bring to the Table

• Experience: 3+ years in diesel or heavy truck maintenance
• Certifications: ASE certification preferred
• Licensing: Class A or B CDL is beneficial
