Dental Practice Leader

Join our Team at Gentle Dental! As a Dental Practice Leader , you will be at the forefront of creating a welcoming and efficient environment for our patients and staff. Your leadership will be crucial in ensuring exceptional service and smooth operations throughout the day. Collaborating closely with our Director of Operations and Area Clinical Director, you will help us provide legendary customer service delivered by engaged employees.

Key Responsibilities:

• Foster an office environment that prioritizes patient care and outstanding customer service.
• Supervise and support both front and back office staff.
• Evaluate and enhance office production and procedures to boost efficiency, patient retention, and profitability.
• Organize office operations and procedures, including bookkeeping, invoice processing, cash control, and payroll preparation.
• Develop and manage office budgets and ensure the acquisition of necessary supplies and equipment.
• Handle recruitment and retention of staff while collaborating with HR on employee issues.
• Process dental insurance claims and effectively communicate treatment plans to patients.
• Utilize advanced software systems for data management and managerial reporting.
• Ensure compliance with state dental laws, local health regulations, and company policies to maintain a safe workplace.

Qualifications:

• 3+ years of leadership experience.
• Previous experience in dental or healthcare management is preferred but not mandatory.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills are essential.
• Proficiency in computer systems is necessary (Denticon experience is a plus).
• Bilingual skills are an advantage.
