Delivery Team Lead

The Delivery Team Lead is responsible for leading a team of frontline employees to deliver and merchandise orders to key customers in a fast-paced direct store delivery environment.

Responsibilities include managing a group of 20-40 drivers, answering field customer calls, ensuring store delivery time windows are met daily, and working proactively with sales representatives and warehouse operations. The team lead must coach, lead, and develop delivery drivers, maintain process improvement, ensure compliance of PBC safety standards, conduct team meetings and safety training, and demonstrate strong oral, written, and interpersonal skills. They must also possess strong organizational and prioritizing skills, a highly developed sense of urgency, and demonstrated results in improving business performance through leadership.

Compensation & Benefits:

• The expected compensation range for this position is between $59,400 - $92,600.
• Location, confirmed job-related skills, experience, and education will be considered in setting actual starting salary. Your recruiter can share more about the specific salary range during the hiring process.
• Bonus based on performance and eligibility target payout is 10% of annual salary paid out quarterly.
• Paid time off subject to eligibility, including paid parental leave, vacation, sick, and bereavement.

Qualifications:

• A minimum of 2 years managing frontline employees
• Bachelors degree and/or equivalent work experience
• Ability to work a flexible schedule including early mornings, evenings and/or weekends.
• Must be willing and able to lift up to 40 lbs. periodically
• This position is limited to persons with indefinite right to work in the United States
• Must have a valid drivers license
• Safe driving record strongly preferred
