• Collaboration: Work closely with store managers and teammates to maintain operations smoothly and create an engaged work environment.
• Efficient Delivery Process: Follow structured delivery routes to ensure timely and accurate delivery of automotive parts, adhering to safety guidelines.
• Vehicle Safety and Maintenance: Conduct daily vehicle checklists, maintain cleanliness, and report maintenance issues promptly to guarantee a safe driving experience.
• Returns Management: Efficiently pick up returns and restock items during your route.
• In-Store Assistance: Support DIY customers by helping locate merchandise, sharing product knowledge, and providing installation services.

Qualifications:

• Must be at least 21 years old.
• Valid driver’s license is mandatory.
• Basic knowledge of automotive parts is essential.
• Ability to lift and load merchandise comfortably.
• Flexible full-time availability including mornings, nights, weekends, and overtime as required.

Preferred qualifications include a high school diploma or equivalent, strong communication skills in both Spanish and English, previous automotive retail experience, and a valid Hazmat endorsement.
