Sodexo Government is seeking a Deli/Bakery Manager for DECA (Defense Commissary Agency) at Aberdeen Proving Ground located in Aberdeen, MD. The Deli/Bakery Manager will be managing the operations of a small deli/bakery. Knowledge of deli/bakery operations, including merchandising, ordering, and customer service is essential.

• Frontline staff
• Deli/bakery operations
• Department HACCP and safety programs for regulatory compliance
• Frontline training programs
• Opening and closing the operation
• Daily operation standards
