Cytology Supervisor - Non-Gynecologic (1st Shift)

A respected hospital laboratory in Everett, GA is seeking an experienced Cytology Supervisor to oversee a dedicated team of four cytotechnologists specializing in non-gynecologic cytology. This leadership role offers a Monday-Friday first shift schedule with relocation reimbursement available for qualified candidates.
Location: On-site in Everett, GA
Schedule: Full-Time | Monday-Friday | 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM

What You'll Do:

• Supervise and mentor a team of 4 cytotechnologists focusing exclusively on non-gynecologic cytology
  
• Ensure laboratory compliance with CAP standards and other regulatory requirements
  
• Oversee quality control, workflow management, and performance evaluations within the cytology department
  
• Collaborate with pathologists and lab leadership to maintain high diagnostic accuracy and timely reporting
  
• Promote a culture of continuous improvement, professional development, and teamwork

• Certification as a Cytotechnologist (ASCP or equivalent)
