Accounts Receivable Specialist

Our client, Financial Services/Accounts Receivable is seeking a Bilingual Accounts Receivable Specialist to join their team. As an Accounts Receivable Specialist, you will be part of the Finance Department supporting customer account management. The ideal candidate will have strong analytical skills, problem-solving ability, and excellent communication skills, which will align successfully in the organization.

Job Title: Accounts Receivable Specialist

Location: NC, Charlotte

Pay Range: $21.00 - $21.63 per hour

What's the Job?

• Monitor daily cash and collections for a dedicated portfolio of customers.
• Communicate with internal and external stakeholders to resolve payment issues.
• Reconcile accounts to ensure accurate financial records.
• Identify and resolve root causes impacting customer payments.
• Support process improvements to increase cash flow and reduce risk.

What's Needed?

• Bilingual (English/Spanish) preferred.
• Strong Excel skills, including VLOOKUP.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.
• Experience in accounts receivable or finance-related role.

Shift: Monday - Friday; 7:00 am - 4:00 pm or 8:00 am - 5:00 pm (flexible; In Office)
