Job Title: Custodial Specialist
nJob Description
nAs a Custodial Specialist, you will be responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and overall condition of the building and its spaces. Your role will involve performing cleaning services according to the scope and standard operating procedures, ensuring a clean and healthy facility.
nResponsibilities

Perform cleaning services per scope and follow standard operating procedures.

Maintain a clean and healthy facility by mopping, vacuuming floors, dusting, deep cleaning, and disinfecting multiple surfaces and restrooms.

Appropriately dispose of waste receptacles daily, including recyclables.
n n - n
Complete deep cleans, office restoration, and special projects as requested by managerial teams.
n n - n
Verify the proper chemicals are used for each designated area.

Organize and upkeep janitor closets, supply storage, and cleaning equipment.
n n - n
Notify management of deficiencies, safety concerns, and the need for repairs.

Experience in janitorial services, cleaning, and housekeeping.

Ability to follow safety procedures and guidelines.

Basic knowledge of cleaning equipment and supplies.

Basic English communication skills.

Carpet cleaning experience preferred.

nPay and Benefits
nThe pay range for this position is $19.00 - $20.00/hr.
