Role name: CTO Enterprise Architect Role Description: CTO-level individual experienced in collaborating with highly technical architects and specialists, with the ability to quickly earn their respect and navigate team dynamicseven within groups that are highly discerning and skeptical2.Some level of insurance background strongly preferred ideally with background in Claims Claims Management and Commercial Property Casualty Insurance Lines3.While the role is remote, there will be a significant amount of interaction daily through Teleconferencing. In addition, US-based is strongly required, to have the ability to travel to Chicago home office with some frequency4.Flexibility to consistently work CT ET time zones, but also at times support Australia UK meeting times5.Required cultural fit with Gallagher Bassett mid-west family-owned business culture where work needs to be driven delivered but through a type B mindset6.Significant role will be to mentor collaborate with internal FTEs success is raising the game of the entire team. The team is diverse in most ways, with many of the resources residing in Chicago, but also globally7.Must be able willing to collaborate with a remote team work independently dependently at the same time.
