Primary Responsibilities:

• Prepare and position patients for diagnostic imaging procedures, ensuring their comfort and understanding of the process.
• Manage imaging equipment, adjusting settings to ensure the production of high-quality images.
• Practice and uphold radiation protection standards for the safety of patients and staff.
• Process, review, and prepare images for interpretation by radiologists.
• Conduct routine maintenance and troubleshooting of radiologic equipment.
• Follow established protocols to ensure accuracy and effectiveness in imaging.

Qualifications:

• High School diploma or GED.
• Current license or temporary permit for Diagnostic Radiology in New York.
• ARRT certification.
• At least 2 years of experience in Radiology.
• Ability to work independently in a CT setting.
