License: Active Arizona NP/PA license - Required

Board Certification: Required

Certifications:

ATLS - Required

DEA - Required

Experience: Minimum 2 years in acute care/trauma surgery as an APP

Credentialing Timeframe: Approx. 30 days

Pay Rate
