Key Responsibilities:

• Represent clients in creditors' rights matters, including collections, foreclosures, loan workouts, bankruptcy, and related litigation.
• Draft and review pleadings, motions, and related legal documents.
• Manage case dockets, appear in court, and advocate on behalf of clients in hearings and trials.
• Advise clients on compliance with state and federal lending and collection laws.
• Collaborate with colleagues to develop effective case strategies and client solutions.

Qualifications:

• Juris Doctor (J.D.) from an accredited law school.
• Licensed and in good standing with the Missouri Bar.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in creditors' rights, collections, bankruptcy, or financial services litigation.
• Strong research, writing, and oral advocacy skills.
• Ability to manage a high-volume caseload while maintaining attention to detail.
