Job Description
Our firm is seeking a corporate partner with a background in securities litigation. This is an in-office position.
What we are looking for:

Background in corporate law and securities
Litigation experience
An established book of business
Admitted to practice law in the state of New York
Strong writing skills
Experience drafting pleadings, dispositive motion practice, discovery
A team player with the ability to collaborate in a close-knit environment
