LHH is partnering with a top 50 AmLaw firm in their search for an associate attorney with at least 2+ years of experience in a robust and highly regarded corporate practice group. This role will advise and guide buy‑ and sell‑side companies on M&A and financing transactions throughout the lifecycle of the deal, from multiple seed funding rounds to IPO.

Responsibilities

• Handling buy‑side and sell‑side M&A transactions from inception to post‑close.
• Managing and reviewing due diligence documents.
• Negotiating, drafting and reviewing deal financing and transactional documents.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience as a practicing attorney in the US.
• 2+ years of experience handling corporate M&A transactional work.
• Active license to practice law in at least one US state with an intent to obtain a Colorado bar license.

Salary and benefits

• The base salary for this role is $200,000–$275,000.
• The firm offers a 401(k), health, dental, vision and maternity/paternity leave.
