Job Title: Finance Manager

As the organization continues to evolve, there is a critical need for a Finance Manager to support high-level reporting, maintain financial controls, and contribute to a best-in-class finance function operating under both US GAAP and IFRS.

The Finance Manager will take ownership of complex financial reporting requirements, lead consolidation processes, and play a key role in shaping policy and process improvements. This is an excellent opportunity for a technically strong and analytically minded Finance Manager to engage in meaningful work with enterprise-level visibility.

Job Duties

• Prepare and review quarterly, annual, and periodic financial statements under US GAAP and IFRS.
• Lead research efforts on evolving accounting standards (FASB, IFRS) and draft new or revised policy guidance.
• Maintain and enhance accounting policy manuals and financial reporting controls.
• Identify and implement improvements to the consolidated financial statement process.
• Support and review consolidated tax provision and related reporting.
• Provide regular updates to management on financial reporting trends and developments.
• Develop and distribute ad hoc financial analysis and reports for internal stakeholders.
• Ensure compliance with Sarbanes-Oxley and maintain a robust internal controls framework.
• Lead consolidation and financial reporting for multiple entities across global operations.

Job Requirements

• CPA, CA, or CMA certification required.
• Bachelors degree in Accounting, Finance, or Economics.
• 46 years of experience in financial reporting within the insurance or reinsurance sector.
• Strong technical knowledge of US GAAP and IFRS; experience preparing full financial statements.
• Proven knowledge of SOX 404 and internal controls.
• Ability to communicate clearly and effectively across teams and senior leadership.
• Strong written communication and analytical skills.
