The Corporate Demand Planner and Business Analyst is responsible for driving accurate demand forecasting and providing data-driven insights to optimize supply chain performance and support strategic business decisions. This role acts as a bridge between sales, marketing, finance, and supply chain functions, ensuring alignment of demand planning with corporate objectives.

Essential functions for Corporate Demand Planning Analyst:

• Develop and maintain rolling demand forecasts at multiple levels (SKU, category, region).
• Collaborate with sales, marketing, and finance to gather input and align forecast assumptions.
• Analyze historical sales trends, seasonality, market trends, and promotions to drive forecast accuracy.
• Monitor forecast performance and adjust models as needed to minimize forecast errors (MAPE, bias).
• Perform deep-dive analysis on sales performance, inventory levels, supply chain KPIs, and market trends.
• Identify opportunities and risks in the demand/supply plan and recommend corrective actions.
• Provide regular reports, dashboards, and presentations for senior leadership.
• Support annual planning, budgeting, and S&OP (Sales & Operations Planning) processes.
• Lead monthly demand review meetings with cross-functional teams.
• Work closely with supply planning, procurement, marketing, and finance to ensure demand plans are integrated with supply and financial plans.
• Partner with IT to enhance planning tools and data infrastructure.

Position requirements:

• Experience in a manufacturing environment beneficial
• Advanced level of experience in Microsoft Excel, Word, Power Point
• Ability to prioritize, multitask and work in a very fast paced environment
• Expertise in ERP and/or MRP systems
• Proven team player and a sharp focus on customer service and satisfaction
• Ability to successfully work both collaboratively and autonomously
• A high level of trustworthiness and the ability to achieve integrity on all levels
• Solid problem-solving ability
• Detail orientated

Education and Experience:

• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Business Analytics, Economics, Statistics, or related field (MBA or APICS/IBF certification is a plus).
• 35+ years of experience in demand planning, forecasting, or business analysis.
