Conveyor Controls Engineer

Insight Global is seeking a Sr. Controls Process Engineer to support a large automotive OEM. This engineer will:
Lead new line upgrades focused on bin picking systems and conveyor integration
Program and troubleshoot Allen Bradley PLCs
Attend layout meetings and ensure project milestones are met
Support production lines for stamping and press machines
Execute new program implementation (SOR prep, forecasting, controls/robotics design, equipment build/run-off and buyoff)
Oversee design, construction, integration, and launch of equipment/tools for high-quality part production
Provide project updates to senior management
Troubleshoot existing programs/sites
Collaborate with plant teams and provide technical direction to junior engineers
