Controller Position At Hoskinson Health And Wellness Clinic

Lead with financial excellence as the Controller for Hoskinson Health and Wellness Clinic, an innovative and growing organization, in Gillette, Wyoming!

The Position

1. The Controller will serve as a key member of the executive Finance team and will be responsible for the oversight and management of all accounting operations throughout Hoskinson Health and Wellness Clinic.
2. The Controller will strive to maintain engagement in all financial operations areas and will ensure survey and audit readiness.
3. This leader is the primary advisor and strategic partner to the health system's executive team as they work to create and achieve financial goals.
4. The Controller will coordinate all aspects of the interim and annual external audit; build and maintain company financial policies and controls; prepare financial statements and narratives on a monthly, quarterly, and annual basis; develop high-functioning teams; and lead five-year planning efforts for operational and capital budgets.
5. Utilize data-informed decision-making processes, as well as keep abreast of all relevant business issues, market trends, and significant risks.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree is required.
• Strong Physician Practice experience is required.
