Position Overview
We are seeking an experienced Construction Superintendent with a strong background in DSA compliance to oversee construction projects from inception to completion. The ideal candidate will ensure that all projects comply with DSA standards, manage schedules and budgets effectively, and lead teams to deliver high-quality results while maintaining safety regulations.
Key Responsibilities

• Oversee and manage all aspects of construction projects to ensure compliance with DSA standards.
• Develop and maintain project schedules, ensuring timely completion of all phases of construction.
• Manage project budgets, including forecasting, monitoring expenses, and implementing cost control measures.
• Ensure adherence to safety regulations and implement safety programs on-site to protect workers and clients.
• Conduct quality control inspections to guarantee the highest standards of work are met throughout the construction process.
• Provide site supervision, guiding and directing on-site personnel and subcontractors to ensure tasks are completed efficiently.
• Ensure all building codes and regulations are followed and met during the construction process.
• Communicate effectively with project stakeholders, including clients, architects, and engineers, to provide updates and resolve issues.
• Manage contracts with vendors and subcontractors to ensure compliance with agreed terms and conditions.
• Identify and mitigate risks associated with construction projects to minimize impact on timelines and budgets.
• Build and maintain strong client relations, ensuring satisfaction and addressing any concerns promptly.
• Coordinate trades and subcontractors to ensure seamless collaboration and project progression.
  

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Construction Superintendent with a focus on DSA compliance.
• In-depth knowledge of construction processes, project scheduling, and budget management.
• Strong understanding of safety regulations, building codes, and quality control standards.
• Proven leadership skills with experience managing teams and coordinating trades.
• Effective contract management and negotiation skills.
• Experience in risk management and developing strategies to mitigate potential issues.
