What You'll Do

• Develop & Execute a Winning Sales Strategy - Create and implement a high-impact sales and marketing plan to drive revenue and market dominance.
• Lead from the Front - Achieve and exceed personal sales targets while inspiring and mentoring a high-performing sales team.
• Build a High-Performance Sales Team - Recruit, train, and develop top-tier sales professionals to expand our reach and impact.
• Expand & Strengthen Client Relationships - Build and maintain strong relationships with homeowners, business owners, developers, and general contractors.
• Negotiate & Close Deals - Master the art of closing high-value contracts and ensuring client satisfaction.
• Stay Ahead of the Market - Analyze industry trends, identify growth opportunities, and implement innovative marketing strategies.

What You Bring to the Table

• Proven Sales Excellence - 7+ years of outperforming sales quotas in landscape construction, maintenance, or a related industry.
• Dynamic Leadership - Experience building, managing, and leading high-performing sales teams.
• Industry Knowledge - Deep expertise in landscape construction, maintenance services, and market trends.
• Elite Communication & Negotiation Skills - Ability to build relationships, close deals, and create long-term client partnerships.
• Strategic Vision & Execution - A self-starter who can think big, move fast, and deliver results.
• Willing to train a candidate with a strong sales background.
