CDL-A Company Truck Driver Pay & Miles:

• Dry Van Drivers earn: $0.595 - $0.68 CPM*
• Refrigerated Drivers earn: $0.625 - $0.71 CPM*
• Veterans receive an additional $0.01 CPM
• Average 2,200 - 2,500+ miles per week
• $500 onboarding bonus* plus $1,000 vacation pay

CDL-A Company Truck Driver Requirements:

For Dry Van:

• Valid CDL-A, 21 years or older
• Minimum of 6 months of recent OTR or regional CDL-A experience within the last 3 years
• Safe driving record is essential

For Refrigerated:

• Valid CDL-A, 21 years or older
• At least 1 year of preferred experience; minimum of 6 months required
• Prior refrigerated experience necessary
• Safe driving record is essential
