Construction Sales & Disaster Operations Manager

ServiceMaster by Twins is hiring a Construction Sales & Disaster Operations Manager to lead restoration and reconstruction projects from start to finish. This role combines sales leadership, project management, and field operations oversight. Key responsibilities include:

• Generating and qualifying leads
• Developing territory-specific marketing strategies
• Traveling locally to meet clients and close deals
• Presenting services and addressing customer inquiries
• Building long-term relationships with clients and adjusters
• Providing post-sale support to ensure satisfaction

• Planning and executing restoration and reconstruction projects
• Collaborating with clients, architects, engineers, and contractors
• Scheduling and coordinating work to meet deadlines and budgets
• Supervising subcontractors and internal staff
• Conducting site inspections and ensuring safety compliance
• Managing delays, emergencies, and weather disruptions
• Maintaining detailed documentation and estimates

• Creating estimates using Xactimate and IICRC standards
• Scoping losses onsite and documenting with clear job photos
• Communicating with insurance carriers and clients
• Ensuring documentation meets company and insurance standards
• Training new technicians and operational staff

Qualifications:

• High school diploma required; college degree preferred
• 3 to 5 years of experience in construction or restoration
• Experience managing teams and subcontractors
• Familiarity with insurance restoration processes

• Strong sales and negotiation skills
• Excellent communication and customer service abilities
• Proficient in mobile data entry and project tracking software

• Ability to inspect job sites in all weather conditions
• Capable of lifting up to 50 lbs
• Willingness to travel and work on-call
• Exposure to typical construction site hazards
