Construction Project Manager

Our client is looking to add an experienced Construction Project Manager to their dynamic team!
This is an exciting opportunity to join a family-owned business working on some well-known projects in the Nashville market!
The ideal candidate will have multi-unit, construction and / or installation experience and be open to travel.
Duties:

• Serve as the primary liaison between Interior Installations and General Contractors, Material Suppliers, and other clients
• Maintain consistent, effective communication with office, field teams, and jobsite personnel
• Conduct regular on-site inspections to ensure quality, timeliness, and contract compliance
• Participate in all jobsite meetings required to maintain communication and uphold contractual obligations
• Oversee daily project cost, schedule, productivity, and inventory
• Generate monthly progress reports, including budget tracking and pay applications
• Oversee material logistics: ordering, tracking, inventory management, and delivery schedules
• Coordinate installer travel logistics, including transportation and lodging
• Communicate, track, and resolve issues effectively and promptly throughout the life of the project
• Ensure safety standards are met; champion quality and compliance on every site
  

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in building science or 3+ years of supervisory/manager experience in construction
• Proven track record managing commercial construction or installation projects
• Entrepreneurial mindset with strong organizational, leadership, and communication skills
• Ability to problem-solve quickly and "pitch in" where needed
• Comfort working primarily from the field/truck and traveling to multiple job sites
