Construction General Laborer

Description

We are seeking a reliable and hardworking Skilled Laborer/technician to join our Surfacing Team. This role involves preparing surfaces, operating tools and equipment, and assisting with the installation and finishing of surfaces, concrete/asphalt, or other surfacing materials. The ideal candidate will have experience in construction a strong work ethic, and a commitment to safety and quality.

Key Responsibilities: Assist with surface preparation. Operate hand and power tools such Load, unload, and transport materials and equipment. Support paving, sealing, or concrete pouring operations. Maintain a clean and safe work environment. Follow instructions from supervisors and work collaboratively with the team. Perform basic maintenance on tools and equipment. Adhere to all safety protocols and company policies.

Qualifications: Previous experience in construction Ability to lift 50+ lbs and work in outdoor conditions. Familiarity with basic tools and machinery. Strong attention to detail and safety. Reliable transportation and punctuality. Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends if needed.

Must be able to be badged for FLETC

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $22.00/hr.
