Construction Contracts/Transactional Law Attorney - Dallas Or Fort Worth

An established top-tier commercial law firm in Dallas (with offices in Fort Worth, Houston and Austin), with a highly collegial environment, is currently seeking a Construction Contracts/Transactional Law Attorney to join their growing team in either Dallas or Fort Worth.

Experience with complex transactions in the construction law sector will be considered a big plus.

The salary for this role will be top-market and competitive - commensurate with experience, and accompanied by generous performance-based bonuses. Business development and portables are incentivized, but not required to fill the position.

Skills and Requirements:

• Applicants must live in Texas (Dallas or Fort Worth)
• 3-20+ years' experience primarily on the transactional side
• Experience with sophisticated construction contracts/transactions a plus
• Desire to grow and advance with the firm over the long-term
