Construction Admin Foreman

Monday - Friday, $20/hr. - $25/hr.

We are seeking a detail-oriented Construction Admin Foreman to join our team. This role requires managing payroll using QuickBooks, assisting with procurement, and maintaining organized project files. You will prepare and distribute meeting agendas and minutes, ensuring smooth communication and operation within the construction site.

Responsibilities

• Gather and manage payroll utilizing QuickBooks.
• Assist in the procurement of materials and supplies, ensuring their timely delivery to the site.
• Maintain an organized filing system for all project-related documents.
• Prepare and distribute meeting agendas and minutes for site meetings.

Essential Skills

• Proficiency in payroll management using QuickBooks.
• Basic computer skills.
• Strong organizational skills.

Additional Skills & Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in managing office work.
• Accounting skills.

Work Environment

The work schedule is Monday through Friday, from 8 AM to 4 PM. There is no weekend work required.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $25.00/hr.
