Job Title: Payroll and Benefits Manager

Location: Port Washington, NY (Full-Time, On-Site)

Salary Range: $85,000 $95,000 annually

Position Summary: We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Payroll and Benefits Manager to oversee payroll processing and benefits administration for our organization. This full-time, on-site role is based in Port Washington, NY and is ideal for a professional with a strong background in both payroll and employee benefits. The successful candidate will ensure accurate payroll execution, compliance with regulations, and effective management of employee benefits programs.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage end-to-end payroll processing for all employees, ensuring accuracy and timeliness
  • Administer employee benefits programs including health, dental, vision, retirement plans, and other offerings
  • Maintain compliance with federal, state, and local payroll and benefits regulations
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for employee payroll and benefits inquiries
  • Collaborate with HR and Finance teams to reconcile payroll and benefits data
  • Oversee benefits enrollment, changes, and terminations in coordination with providers
  • Prepare and submit required reports for internal and external audits
  • Stay current on changes in payroll laws and benefits regulations
  • Recommend improvements to payroll and benefits processes for efficiency and compliance

Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in payroll processing and benefits administration (required)
  • Experience with payroll systems and benefits platforms
  • Strong understanding of payroll regulations and benefits compliance
  • Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Strong communication and interpersonal abilities
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Accounting, Business Administration, or related field (preferred but not required)

Work Environment:

  • Full-time, on-site role in Port Washington, NY
  • Collaborative and professional office setting

Pay Details: $85,000.00 to $95,000.00 per year
