Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Hawker to join our dynamic Concessions team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for selling food and/or beverage products to guests in a mobile capacity while providing exceptional service. Commission-Based.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

Sells food and/or beverage in a mobile capacity.
Understands menu offerings.
Maintains and performs product inventory.
Adheres to all safety and sanitation policies.
Performs other duties as assigned.

Qualifications

High School Diploma or GED Equivalent.
Minimum (1) year of Food and Beverage, Concessions, Hotel/ Hospitality, Club, or Full-Service Restaurant experience.
Valid TABC or state-approved Alcohol/Liquor certification.
Valid ServSafe or state-approved Food Handler's certification.
Excellent customer service, organization, and time management.
Ability to speak, read, and write in English.
Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
Ability to remain focused in a loud and busy environment.
Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
Ability to walk or stand for long periods of time.
