Pay Info: $20,000 sign-on bonus with a 2-year work commitment

Job Summary

As a CT Technologist, you will perform diagnostic computed tomography scans, ensuring high-quality imaging and utilizing professional judgment throughout procedures. Your role will involve providing patient care and initiating life support measures when necessary. You will interact effectively with patients, physicians, and healthcare staff, working to capture essential information to enhance patient care.

You will be expected to:

• Operate CT equipment to generate superior quality scans while adhering to established protocols.
• Learn and apply new technologies and assist in training new employees.
• Develop a thorough understanding of patients' physical and emotional needs across all age groups.

The position may require additional responsibilities such as being part of an on-call rotation, performing diagnostic radiology procedures, and carrying out tasks such as mobile imaging, EKGs, and DEXA scans as needed.

Qualifications

• Completion of Radiologic Technology training from an AMA-approved or JCERT accredited program is required.
• Experience or training in Computed Tomography (CT) is preferred.
• ARRT certification is mandatory at the time of hire.
• CT certification within two years of employment is preferred.
• Licensure through the North Dakota Medical Imaging and Radiation Therapy Board is required for imaging practitioners in North Dakota.
• BLS and I.V. certification must be obtained within six weeks of employment.
