Compliance and Ethics Analyst

LHH is seeking an Analyst, Ethics and Compliance Operations to join their global client's Legal Department team. This fully remote role offers an exciting opportunity to contribute to a high-impact compliance program through the end of 2025, with potential for extension based on business needs.
What You'll Do

• Lead the development and delivery of engaging compliance training modules and instructor-led sessions.
• Collaborate with subject matter experts and vendors to ensure timely rollout of training content.
• Manage LMS integration, technical testing, and reporting to track employee training progress.
• Coordinate department-wide initiatives including surveys, certifications, and policy updates.
• Create and execute multi-channel communication strategies to promote ethics and compliance awareness.

Who You Are

• A skilled project manager with experience in global environments and corporate training systems.
• Tech-savvy and adaptable, with the ability to learn and apply AI tools for training and communication.
• A strong communicator with a knack for creating high-quality internal content across formats.
• Organized, analytical, and capable of juggling multiple priorities in a fast-paced setting.
