Your Impactful Role as an LPN/LVN

In this position, you will:

• Deliver direct patient care according to personalized care plans and physician orders.
• Monitor patient behaviors, including vital signs, symptoms, and treatment responses.
• Work closely with Registered Nurses to report observations and execute care plans.
• Build meaningful relationships with patients, addressing their physical, mental, and emotional needs to support recovery.
• Celebrate and acknowledge patient progress and milestones.

Qualifications

• Current LPN/LVN licensure as mandated by state regulations.
• CPR certification is required.
• Preferred: At least one year of experience in an inpatient medical-surgical or general hospital environment.
• Preferred: Experience in rehabilitation settings.
