Licensed Practical/Vocational Nurse (LPN/LVN) - LTAC (Long-Term Acute Care)

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver comprehensive bedside care, including administering medications and monitoring vitals.
• Assist in managing complex patient needs, such as wound care and IV therapy.
• Maintain detailed patient records and collaborate with registered nurses and physicians.
