Position Summary: As a Community Tram Operator, you will play a crucial role in enhancing the lives of our residents by providing safe and reliable transportation to appointments and activities within our community. Your focus will be on ensuring a comfortable and supportive travel experience for all.

Key Responsibilities:

• Transport residents to and from their appointments and community outings using designated trams.
• Provide necessary assistance to residents during transport, ensuring their comfort and safety.
• Complete all operational tasks related to tram driving in a timely manner.

Qualifications:

To be considered for this role, candidates must have a minimum of 6 months experience driving a vehicle and possess a valid Florida driver’s license at the time of hire. CPR certification is required, and we will support you in achieving this certification.

Additional Requirements:

• Must maintain a clean DMV driving record.
• Demonstrate excellent communication skills, patience, and the ability to manage stress while meeting the needs of older adults.
• Exhibit a client and customer-focused approach to problem-solving and goal setting.
• Be sensitive to and enjoy working with a senior population.

Pay Range: USD $15.45 - USD $16.30 /Hr.
