Community Outreach Coordinator

We are seeking a dynamic and organized Community Outreach Coordinator to support LifeBridge Health's marketing team. This part-time role (up to 20 hours per week) focuses on strengthening LifeBridge Health's presence and relationships within our communities. This position plays a key role in promoting our brand, supporting wellness initiatives, and developing partnerships aligned with the organization's strategic goals.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute outreach strategies and programs that align with LifeBridge Health's strategic goals and branding.
• Build and maintain relationships with community stakeholders and local organizations.
• Create and manage a full calendar of community engagement activities, leveraging the resources of the broader marketing team.
• Plan, coordinate, and implement events such as educational lectures, health screenings, surveys, and wellness programs.
• Collect and analyze event data, including participant information and potential patient referrals.
• Provide regular departmental reports and a comprehensive monthly report to leadership on program outcomes.
• Collaborate with LifeBridge Health's marketing department and outreach teams across the system to unify branding and community efforts.
• Serve as a liaison to connect community members with LifeBridge Health resources, services, and events.
• Advocate for and represent LifeBridge Health at community meetings, events, and partnerships.
• Identify opportunities for collaboration with local organizations to increase LifeBridge Health's visibility and access points within the community.

Qualifications:

• Preferred Experience: 35 years in marketing, community outreach, or related field.
• Strong communication, coordination, and public speaking skills.
• Ability to build relationships and work collaboratively across teams and organizations.
• Self-starter with excellent organizational and time-management abilities.
• Familiarity with community health issues and local organizations is a plus.

Schedule & Compensation:

• Hours: 020 hours per week (flexible schedule based on program needs)
