Commercial Roofing Service Technician

Pay Range: $55,000-$73,000

Shift: Day Shift, Permanent Opportunity

What Will You Do?

• Respond promptly to leak repair calls in a professional manner.
• Inspect, diagnose, and locate leaks on EPDM, TPO, and PVC roofs.
• Perform roof repairs efficiently and effectively.
• Accurately document findings and repairs.
• Communicate clearly and professionally with customers and project managers.

What Do You Need?

• Experience with EPDM, TPO, and PVC roofing materials is required.
• Proven track record in identifying and repairing roof leaks on commercial systems.
• Familiarity with roofing safety protocols and OSHA regulations.
• Reliable transportation and a valid driver's license.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work in varying weather conditions.
