What you'll do:

• Diagnose, troubleshoot, and repair diesel engines and equipment
• Service, maintain, and repair a wide variety of machines
• Set up and perform pre-delivery inspections on new equipment
• Complete reports and work orders accurately and on time
• Build strong, trust-based relationships with our customers
• Work safely and efficiently to keep equipment running at its best

What we're looking for:

• 3+ years of experience in diesel engine repairs or technical training in the service mechanic industry
• Solid diagnostic and troubleshooting skills
• Excellent communication skills written, verbal, and in person
• High attention to detail for completing paperwork and service records
• Your own set of basic tools
• A customer-focused mindset and a drive to succeed
