Your Responsibilities as a Commercial Roofing Foreman:

• Lead, manage, and mentor commercial roofing crews on active job sites
  
• Ensure safety compliance and proper installation of low slope systems (TPO, EPDM, PVC, etc.)
  
• Read and interpret blueprints, scopes, and production schedules
  
• Coordinate materials, equipment, and inspections to keep projects on track
  
• Work hands-on with the team to deliver a clean, timely, and high-quality install
  

Who You Are:

• Experienced Commercial Roofing Foreman with 3+ years leading crews
  
• Strong communicator with a keen eye for detail and problem-solving
  
• Proficient with basic technology tools (e.g., tablets, email, project tracking software)
  
• Skilled in low slope roofing systems and OSHA safety standards
  
• Someone who takes pride in doing the job right - and leading by example
