Position Overview
We are seeking a skilled Foreman to oversee and manage construction projects, ensuring they are completed on time and to specifications. The Foreman will coordinate sitework activities and grading operations, providing leadership and guidance to the crew while maintaining high safety standards.
Key Responsibilities

• Supervise and manage daily site operations and activities
• Coordinate grading and construction tasks to ensure project schedules are met
• Lead and motivate construction crew, providing clear direction and support
• Monitor site safety, ensuring compliance with all safety regulations and protocols
• Communicate effectively with project managers, subcontractors, and clients regarding project progress
• Inspect work for quality and compliance with specifications and standards
• Maintain accurate records of work performed, materials used, and labor hours
  

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Foreman in construction and sitework
• Strong understanding of grading techniques and construction practices
• Excellent leadership and communication skills
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings
• Familiarity with safety regulations and procedures in the construction industry
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively
• High school diploma or equivalent; additional certification in construction management is a plus
