What You’ll Do as a Commercial Roofing Foreman:

• Lead and manage roofing crews on commercial projects from start to finish
  
• Ensure jobs are completed with the highest standards of safety and quality
  
• Coordinate with project managers and clients to exceed expectations
  
• Mentor and support team members to build strong crews and lasting careers

Requirements:

• Minimum 5 years of experience as a Commercial Roofing Foreman or similar leadership role
  
• Expertise in single-ply, metal, built-up, and/or other low-slope systems
  
• Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
  
• Ability to travel to project sites as needed
  
• Commitment to safety and quality
