Practice Area: Legal & Compliance
Support attorneys in a collaborative Real Estate practice with emphasis on title and survey mattersdue diligence, closing checklists, document preparation, and lease management.
Key Responsibilities:
- Review title docs and surveys
- Support all phases of CRE transactions: due diligence, financing, closings, and post-closing logistics
- Draft documents (resolutions, loan docs, leases), manage deadlines, and maintain NetDocs repository
- Use iTimekeep for accurate billable tracking; support team with efficient transaction timelines
Your Experience:
- 5+ years of CRE paralegal background with title and survey expertise
- Bachelor's, Associate's, or Paralegal Certification
- Proficient in Excel, NetDocs (or similar), and adept at managing multiple complex transactions
- Strong verbal and written skills, self-driven, dependable, and deadline-oriented
